Whether it is printing or laminating, there will be solvents and inks between the two layers of film. In order to ensure that these chemical solvents do not leak into the bag, the composite film needs to be placed in a sealed space at 45 to 50 degrees for more than 24 hours. Continuous curing allows these solvents to completely evaporate and the glue is sealed. This step can ensure that the bag does not have any solvent residue, and can also make the composite film have strong adhesion to prevent the bag from delaminating later.
